Nextron Estimating Ltd provides construction estimating, quantity take-off, material take-off, and tender support services for residential, commercial, and civil engineering projects. All estimates are prepared based on the drawings, specifications, and information supplied by the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate project drawings, specifications, and any relevant documentation required for the preparation of estimates. Any missing or revised information may affect pricing, scope, and delivery times.
Delivery & Turnaround Times
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and may vary depending on project complexity, workload, and the completeness of the information supplied. Nextron Estimating Ltd will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines.
Fees & Payment
A 50% refundable deposit is required before work can commence on any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to the release of the final estimate, take-off, or project deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Minor revisions resulting from adjustments or clarifications to the original scope may be provided at no additional cost. Significant design changes, revised drawings, or scope alterations may be subject to additional charges.
Ownership, Confidentiality & Contact
All estimates, quantity take-offs, reports, and related documents prepared by Nextron Estimating Ltd remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. We treat all client information, drawings, specifications, and project documents as strictly confidential and use them solely for the purpose of providing our services. Estimates & Project Scope
All estimates and quantity take-offs are prepared based on the drawings, specifications, and information provided by the client at the time of instruction. Any revisions to drawings, design changes, additional scope, or updated project information received after work has commenced may require the estimate to be revised and could result in additional fees. Clients are encouraged to review all project information carefully before submission to ensure the estimate accurately reflects the intended scope of works.
Limitation of Liability
Nextron Estimating Ltd shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from the use of estimates, quantity take-offs, or pricing information provided through our services.
